This sale is for 7mm scale model kit of a "Mannin Models" 0-6-0 Bertie, as used on the Manx Electric Railway. Originaly built by Ruston and Hornsby for Associated Portland cement in 1949. Although used as a contractors loco in the Isle of man it was used to pull passengers in one of the MER trailer cars.
 
It is currently undergoing restoration on the Weardale railway. 
 
Although the Isle of Man is a 3 foot gauge Railway they have a reletively narrow loading gauge and suite O-16.5 quite well, this Diesel is narrower than the 2' NDM-6 we produce!
 
The kit consists of a body, separate roof and cab interior. Please note the chassis shown in the picture is NOT supplied, this sale is for a body kit only.
 
 
You will need paint, glue, chassis and couplers to complete.
 
The kit is desgned to fit the Bachmann 03  and we have also easily mounted it on a Bachman "Salty" as well.
