Welshpool & Llanfair "LSWR Style" van in 7mm. Bolt up axles adjustable for gauge so will easily fit 14 or 16.5mm. The axles come with spacers so you can have them as shown in the picture or with the body lowered over the springs as shown in the 7mm NGA drawing.
Supply your own wheels and couplers, paint and glue.
You can add 12mm spoked wheels from the spares section if needed.
